How it Works
We design our programs to fit into your life.
1 Start with a short quiz to find the right path for you.
Take two minutes to answer a 7-question multiple choice Wellbeing Quiz. This quiz is an established clinical method for wellbeing screening. Find out which of our programs are suitable for you.
2 Sign up to SilverCloud. Use the program for up to one hour per week.
Select the 'Sign up' button and access programs which are proven to help you feel better. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), our programs are interactive and delivered via our user-friendly platform.
On your homepage you can see the modules in your program. We suggest you complete one module per week. Each module can take up to an hour to complete. The more time and effort you put in to the program, the more you will get out of it.
As you progress through the modules, you will find new exercises which can help you apply what you are learning to your own life.
3 Receive weekly feedback and advice from a trained supporter.
A dedicated supporter monitors your progress through your program, providing guidance and encouragement via regular reviews. You are encouraged to share content, such as activities, and goals for the week, with your supporter. This allows your supporter to respond to you in a more personal way and provide guidance that is relevant to you. The program also allows for private messages between you and your supporter.
